Popcorn Cardi – Blue

Popcorn Cardi – Blue ist ein Yarn Set für Midori Hiroses aktuellste Design, einer Strickjacke in Form eines Blousons. The fresh, sassy design with its voluminous look and pronounced cuffs has already attracted a lot of attention at the yarn festivals and we are very happy to finally introduce you to our yarn sets.

This cardigan features a highly textured popcorn pattern that resembles bobbles. It is made with two colors of our Finnwool. Chihiro chose the warm semi-solid color (Finnwool – Mahogany) as the main color and the bright blue color (Finnwool – Petrol) as the popcorn color and combined them.

The cardigan is worked from the top down, from the collar toward the bottom hem and cuffs, seamlessly. The sample cardigan has a slightly cropped body, but feel free to adjust the body and sleeve lengths to your preference, trying it on while knitting. The buttonholes are made “afterthought”, after you have finished knitting the front bands. You can thus choose the perfect buttons and decide the number of buttonholes.
