FINNWOOL – Tunturi

Tunturi is the Finnish word for the flat, glacial hills in Lapland, in Sweden they are called Fjell. Mosses, lichens, stones and blueberry characterize the surface of the Tunturis. The characteristic colouring of the fjell landscape in summer has been the inspiration for this atmospheric colour.

Finnwool consists mainly of Finnsheep and has been produced exclusively in Finland.
The sheep come from Finland and the wool has been spun in a small spinning mill in eastern Finland.

Finnwool is not superwash treated, but completely natural.
